Leadership shaped by real executive experience and deep human understanding
Before becoming an executive coach, Sophia spent 20 years in corporate leadership, including senior finance and executive roles at Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Walker and Company Brands, a P&G subsidiary, and as Chief Financial Officer of a $5 billion business unit and Vice President of Financial Transformation at Kraft Heinz. Today, she brings that real-world leadership experience into coaching, training, speaking, and writing that help people excel not only in performance, but also in authenticity, meaning, and fulfillment. She is the author of The G.A.M.E. of Life: Illuminated Leadership, Fulfilled Life, and also a contributing author of Leadership Unscripted: The Real, Raw, and Remarkable Journeys of Women Who Lead Boldly.

Sophia has an MBA from Purdue University and a Nonprofit Leadership executive certificate from Harvard Kennedy School. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds additional coaching credentials through Institute for Coaching Innovation, Team Coaching Global Alliance, and the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Center. She is also a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and a certified trainer for the Four Stages™ of Psychological Safety. She was formerly a global board director at the Professional Coaches family organization of the International Coaching Federation.
